PAYMENT
By cash, check or a money order drawn against an U.S. bank, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. We reserve the right to request payment in advance or by certified check.

PRICES
All prices are FOB Harleysville, PA, unless indicated. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

CLAIMS
All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 10 days from the date of invoice. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. However, you must originate any and all claims against the carrier. Obvious damage must be noted on the freight bill and you must insist upon an inspection by the carrier's agent and obtain documentation for your claim. Remember to save all original packing material for this inspection. Failure to comply with these instructions may void your insurance.

RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without a prior return authorization number and our shipping instructions. Please mark any return very clearly with this number and include your reason for return as well as the date of purchase and our invoice number. There is a 20% restocking charge for goods returned without good cause. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
